Chilled Directions: Mix contents with 1 cup sour cream and ¾ cup mayonnaise. Chill for several hours for best flavor.

Baked Directions: Blend together 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 4 oz. can of green chili peppers, 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1/4 cup half and half cream and dip ix. Fold in 1/2 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese and 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese. Bake in a greased shallow baking dish at 375 for 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly and golden. Serve warm with tostada chips, quesadillas, crackers, or artisan bread. Can add spinach, artichoke hearts, precooked hamburger or chicken, or shrimp.
